Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a nice view looking towards Mt Bukhansan and the palaces, and the room size is a bit smaller than expected. The bathroom shower area is slightly slippery, and the water runs slow, but overall, it was a good stay.
I found the hotel to be convenient in terms of location with easy access to major shopping points and public transport. The rooms, however, were a bit smaller than expected and lacked sufficient space for our luggage. The service from the staff, especially Ms Leah Kim and Irene Lee, was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The dining experience at 2F Villa de Charlotte provided a nice breakfast but seemed a bit overpriced. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room limitations and some dining concerns.
The hotel is located right in the heart of Myeongdong, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other Lotte Hotels, but they are clean, spacious, and stylish. The service was top-notch, with polite and helpful staff always ready to assist. The dining options were good, with delicious choices like abalone congee, but limited in variety. The location is unbeatable, right next to the subway station entrance and surrounded by the bustling atmosphere of Myeongdong.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious rooms for a family of 3 and a foot spa at level 21 offering a nice view of Namsam. However, there was a lack of space for hanging clothes for changing.
The hotel is perfectly situated right in Myeongdong, offering a convenient location with modern design touches. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with staff being extremely friendly and helpful. Dining options may feel repetitive for longer stays, but the focus on details like focaccia bread adds a nice touch. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor dining considerations.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was prime with easy access to shops and eateries, close to the subway and shopping streets. The rooms were great, overlooking the Seoul Tower and the main street, although the bathroom shower area was a bit slippery. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, just steps away from all the shopping and dining you could ask for in Seoul, with the Myeondong metro station right at the doorstep. The rooms were comfortable but had a strange sweaty smell in the shower and could have been cleaner. The service was always helpful and kind, although there was a disturbance with a fight outside the hotel on the second day. The dining options were underwhelming, but the view of the light tower from the restaurant was nice.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with reasonable pricing compared to other local 4-star hotels. The room had a nice Namsan Tower view, but the dining room felt rushed in the morning for breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, but the toilets were small. The service was great, with helpful and polite staff members. The location was superb, right in the heart of Myeongdong, surrounded by convenient amenities. The dining experience had a good selection of food, although it could be improved. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
